Growing up as a military child, Patti has had the opportunity to live in a number of places before she finally settled on Oahu in 1986. In the nearly 20 years that Patti has lived in Hawaii, she has honed her talents in a number of different media. Patti’s work has included interior design, children’s furniture, floor and wall stenciling, faux finishes, commercial and residential murals, acrylic paintings and prints, watercolor-pastel paintings and prints, and functional art –unique, mixed-media furniture that has been revitalized, painted and detailed with elements of  Hawaiiana. Patti has an impressive client list, she has been featured in local and national publications, and she has collaborated on award-winning projects. In addition, she has partnered with several schools to introduce children to art and teaches art classes on some of Hawaii’s military bases. Patti has also donated many hours of her time and talent to under-funded organizations dedicated to supporting women and children in need. When this self-taught artist is not busy creating unique artwork, she enjoys paddling, spending time with her two children and their dog Kai, and visiting with friends.
